Chiropractic
Chiropractors focus on the central nervous system, which is comprised of the brain and spinal cord. The brain sends messages through the spinal cord across the spinal nerves to deliver information to every cell, organ and system of the body. Physical, emotional and nutritional stresses can cause shifting of the spinal bones, called subluxations. Chiropractic adjustments remove subluxations and nerve interference to the spinal cord and help to increase energy flow to the body, as well as increase range of motion in the joints. Spinal misalignments can lead to headaches, pain, pinched nerves, tingling and numbness and decreased range of motion.
